So I am a burger purist, and I love smash burgers because there is no bad time for crispy edges. Smashed got 3 things right- well-seasoned patty, a good amount of fat but not overwhelmingly greasy, and most importantly they LET THE PATTY SHINE. It's not drowned in sauces and there was just enough onion to be a compliment. I started with their basic burger and can't wait to try the rest. Bonus points-met the owner and couldn't be nicer. Great addition to the hood!”
